Fatih Osman Akkan

Fatih Osman Akkan is recognized as one of the leaders in the real estate sector of Turkey in Russia and Eurasia. Fatih Osman Akkan was born in 1996 in Konya. He spent the first 3 years of primary school in Istanbul, and then continued his studies in Moscow. Russian language and Literature, history of Russia, and Russian culture took part in the Olympiads held by the Ministry of Education in Russia annually among secondary school in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 in such courses as Russian language and literature, Russian history, and Russian culture. In 2014, he graduated from high school with honors. He got undergraduate lever at the Faculty of International Law of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). In 2018, he returned to motherland, to Turkey. In 2018-2019, he worked as an investment consultant in different companies. In 2019, he created the FOA Invest brand and the company began its work.FOA Invest company, whose name is based on the initials of Fatih Osman Akkan, has become an exclusive seller company reaching an agreement with the best real estate and investment consultants in Russia and former USSR countries as the only authority in Turkey. Fatih Osman Akkan is the only authorized representative in Turkey of many leading banks, investor funds and holdings with investments abroad in Russia In 2019-2020, he won the award as the most successful real estate and investment consultant of the year by bringing foreign investment to the residential projects of construction companies in Turkey and providing Turkish citizenship to foreign investors. In 2021, FOA Hills housing project with over 200 apartments in Alanya region was implemented with a local construction company TNH Group. In the same year, he has started FOA Villas project with the same construction company TNH Group by brining Kazakh investment.
